The 9 Centers of the human design bodygraph

Human Design is a system that believes that every person has nine energy centers in their body, which can be either defined (colored) or open (white).

Defined centers have consistent energy, while open centers amplify energy from the outside and are not consistent or reliable.

Open centers can be a source of wisdom and sensitivity, but they can also be where a person becomes trapped trying to be something they are not. This is called the not-self.
